Mind Sets The Record Straight On Universal Credit
As McVey Once Again Misleads Parliament

Esther McVey, being as truthful about mental health Charity Mind's support for Universal Credit, as McDonalds are about their claims of providing good nutritious fast food; has once again misled Parliament.

Since then she has quit her job as head of the DWP - the department responsible for Universal Credit.

A series of Tweets from Mind has put the record straight in terms of where they stand on the damage done to lives and specifically those with mental health problems by Universal Credit.

They are reproduced below:

When it comes to the United Nations report this week on the appalling affects upon poverty of families, including working families, this puts into context the deliberate and callous nature of the DWP and it's deliberate policy of hostility to the disabled and disadvantaged in our society in 2018.
